The security warning is because this 32bit version is not 'digitally signed' so Apple and Microsoft do not know who the developer is.

I've just downloaded and installed the demo in Windows 11. As the installer is unknown you have to KEEP the app, then KEEP ANYWAY the app before it downloads.
Once the installer has downloaded, you then have to ALLOW it to run.
